Kenmore Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage converted from a traditional stone house in a lovely location close to the junction of Cooper and Harbour Street.
The ground floor comprises of the hall, fully-fitted dining kitchen and living room with a multifuel stove. The first floor comprises of the bedroom with a dormer window to the front, and the bathroom with a velux to the rear.
The cottage has a landscaped front garden with a lawn and seating areas under the mature palm trees. The dining kitchen has French doors which open onto a paved south-facing patio complete with seating and a barbecue.
Kenmore Cottage is two minutes walk from the shore and there is ample storage space for kayaks, mountain bikes etc. in either the front or rear garden.
